Terms

Terms for evaluating and using CloaFlow.

These terms cover CloaFlow's website and early product access. Customer-specific deployments may use a separate written agreement.

Use of CloaFlow

CloaFlow is intended for business use by organizations and their authorized users. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and using the product only for lawful business purposes.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the data, call flows, agent behavior, customer notices, and connected systems you configure with CloaFlow.

If you record calls or process transcripts, you are responsible for complying with applicable notice, consent, retention, and privacy requirements.

Human review

CloaFlow helps capture, structure, and route work from calls. It is not a substitute for required human approval, customer-service judgment, legal review, financial approval, or regulated decision-making.

Acceptable use

Do not use CloaFlow to break the law, to place calls or send messages without the consent the law requires, to impersonate someone, to handle data you have no right to handle, or to probe, overload or interfere with the service or the systems it connects to.

Do not use the product to make automated decisions about people that require human judgement, and do not present an automated agent as a human being where a caller has asked or the law requires otherwise.

Automated agents and accuracy

Voice agents are generated by language and speech models. They can mishear, misunderstand, or state something incorrectly, and they can fail. CloaFlow captures what a call contained and routes it for a person to check; it does not warrant that any transcript, summary, captured request, or agent response is accurate or complete.

You are responsible for the notices your callers receive, for any recording consent the law requires where your callers are, and for reviewing captured work before acting on it.

Intellectual property

CloaFlow and everything in the product other than your data remains ours. You keep everything you bring: your call data, transcripts, records, configuration, and the content your agents capture. You grant us only the permission needed to host and operate the service for you, and to keep it secure.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

A customer-specific written agreement, where one exists, governs over this section.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access where it is necessary to protect the service, other customers, or someone's safety, or where use breaches these terms, and we will tell you why. You can stop using the service at any time. On termination we delete or return your data as described in the privacy notice or your written agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable product, but early access, demos, and staging environments may change. We may update the site, product, or these terms as CloaFlow evolves.
